The Uncoated 2FS Tyvek Roll With Indicators and Tyvek Poly, is a best-in-class packaging method for the sterilization and storage of surgical and medical instruments. Made from DuPont’s 2FS Tyvek material, the roll is capable of superior microbial barrier protection with breathability and predictable sealing ability.
The Tyvek poly side is transparent to permit packaging contents to be easily identifiable including a built-in sterilization indicator for visibility of sterilization exposure to either EO or steam or plasma process. The uncoated material minimizes fiber shedding and is perfect for cleanrooms and also hospitals. This product has been relied upon in healthcare settings where secure, sterile, highly durable packaging is an absolute requirement.
